OUR APPROACH
THE E.L.E.V.A*.T.E FRAMEWORK
Our liberatory framework tells the story of WHY we do this work. Being mindful of heritage, cultural tradition, and the impacts of colonization means we work to foster remembrance, repair, regeneration, healing, empowerment, and sustainability within our communities. We use this framework to inform strategic planning, professional development, and collaborative projects with artists, cohorts, teams, and stakeholders.

CAPACITY BUILDING
Capacity building for BIPOC-led and serving organizations is dynamic and requires a conscious framework that accounts for heritage, cultural tradition and repairing or answering to the impact of colonization. Our work is centered in remembrance, repair, regeneration, healing, empowerment and sustainability.
This work also serves research firms, foundations, philanthropy and granting organizations whose work intersects racial equity and liberatory methods and practices.
